7 Days Cat-Sitting Daily Chores

Use a room-by-room daily chore checklist for cat food, litter, laser play, mail, dinner, doors, appliances, and bedtime in 7 Days Cat-Sitting.

The daily chores are the stable part of 7 Days Cat-Sitting. Anomalies can interrupt them, but a clean run still comes back to the same practical questions: Was Whiskers cared for? Did you finish your own meal? Did you secure the entrance? Did you leave an appliance or event active before bed?

Use this page as a completion checklist, not a rigid order. The live objective, progress indicator, and interaction prompt in your server decide which task is ready. If an anomaly appears, resolve the urgent cue first and then return to the last chore that visibly confirmed completion.

Quick room-by-room checklist

Area
Task
Final check
Kitchen
Take cat food to Whiskers' bowl; prepare and eat your dinner when prompted.
Cupboard and refrigerator closed; cooking appliance reset.
Laundry area
Complete the litter-cleaning interaction or mini-game.
Counter or objective confirms completion.
Living room
Guide the laser dot for Whiskers until the play progress fills.
TV is off unless a current event explicitly uses it.
Outside and entrance
Collect mail, return inside, close the door, and use the lock when available.
No unresolved outdoor cue; entrance secured.
Whole house
Inspect the current anomaly and finish its response.
Warning, figure, sound, or changed object has cleared.

Feed Whiskers completely

Current walkthroughs place cat food in the kitchen cupboard and Whiskers’ bowl nearby. Take the food to the bowl and watch for the objective to advance. Opening the cupboard or holding the item is not completion. If the prompt will not trigger, line up with the bowl, make sure you are holding the correct item, and finish any earlier active objective.

Avoid turning feeding time into an experiment on a good-ending run. Community ending guides associate omissions and unusual cat interactions with separate results. Keep the ordinary action ordinary: take the requested food, serve it, confirm the state, and move on.

Finish litter cleanup and laser play

The litter task has an interaction sequence or progress requirement. Stay until its counter or objective is done. Leaving after one input can look like progress without satisfying the night. If your controls differ from a desktop video, follow the on-screen Roblox prompt.

For laser play, keep the dot where Whiskers can follow it until the bar fills. Do not spin the cat rapidly or continue after the task is complete when you are protecting a clean route; current community guides connect unusual laser behavior with a distinct result. Exact thresholds are not published by Roblox, so the safest method is to stop when the game confirms the chore.

Collect mail without leaving the house exposed

Go to the mailbox when the objective calls for it, collect the mail, and return inside. Then close the front door and use the lock interaction if it is present. The important unit is the round trip, not just touching the mailbox.

Pause if the outdoor view is abnormal. A giant cat, missing-looking surroundings, strange sky, or other visual change may mean the route is currently part of an anomaly. Do not wander farther merely because mail is on the checklist. Resolve the event using the current cue, or remain inside if that is the supported response.

Prepare dinner and reset the kitchen

Make the meal at the station indicated by the objective and eat it. Several walkthroughs warn that preparing food without consuming it can still leave the dinner obligation unfinished. Afterward, close the refrigerator and return the oven, stove, or other active cooking appliance to a safe state.

The official badge list includes Starved and Cold as Ice, while community guides associate them with skipped dinner and an open refrigerator. Their public badge descriptions do not confirm the detailed conditions. The practical lesson remains useful: verify both your meal and the kitchen state before sleeping.

Interrupt chores safely for anomalies

Urgent events take priority. A HIDE warning should not be postponed until after dinner. A figure that community guides identify as photo-responsive should not be ignored while you continue the litter mini-game. Stop, note the room and cue, use one deliberate response, and wait for confirmation.

Then resume from the last completed task rather than restarting the entire list. Use the All Anomalies index to distinguish photo, curtain, plumbing, lighting, TV, indoor-waiting, staring, and hiding responses. If the cue is unclear, avoiding speculative interactions is safer than trying everything.

The 30-second bedtime audit

Stand near the bed but do not interact yet. Run this final check:

  • Cat food served; litter cleanup and laser play completed when requested.
  • Mail collected; front door closed and locked when possible.
  • Dinner prepared and eaten.
  • Refrigerator, oven or stove, and television returned to their intended states.
  • No HIDE message, abnormal face, changed object, bathroom creature, unusual exterior, or other event remains active.
  • Current objective no longer points to an unfinished task.

Only then use the bed. The bed advances the run; it should not be used to test whether an unfinished task matters unless you are deliberately attempting an ending.

Diagnose a missed chore

If the night ends badly, record the result name and whether a badge appeared. Reconstruct the final state by room. A clean kitchen with an unlocked door is a different test from an open refrigerator plus skipped dinner. When multiple failures overlap, repeat the route and change one condition at a time.

Keep the checklist short enough to use while playing: cat, litter, laser, mail, lock, dinner, appliances, anomaly, bed. That mnemonic covers the stable route without pretending that every task or event arrives in the same sequence.

Chore FAQ

Do all chores appear every night?

Current guides show the same task family repeatedly, but the exact order and active prompts can vary. Trust the live objective.

Does touching an object count?

No. Look for objective movement, a completed mini-game, a full progress bar, or another clear confirmation.

What if a chore conflicts with an anomaly?

Handle the urgent anomaly cue first, then return to the last confirmed chore. Do not assume bedtime clears it.

The checklist was cross-checked with current walkthroughs from Gamezebo, Pro Game Guides, and Bloxodes on October 24, 2026.
