Your safest first goal in 7 Days Cat-Sitting is to learn what the house looks like when nothing is wrong. The ordinary loop is small: care for Whiskers, finish your own household tasks, secure anything you opened, inspect unusual changes, and use the bed only after the active objectives are clear. The horror comes from noticing when that normal pattern breaks.
These guides separate repeatable chores from anomalies. They do not assign a monster or event to a fixed day because current walkthroughs do not establish a reliable Day 1–7 anomaly schedule. Treat the phone, objective text, interaction prompts, and current room state as the authority for your run.

Seven-Day Walkthrough
Carry the safe loop through all seven days, adapt when an anomaly interrupts it, and protect a Cannon Good Ending attempt.
Follow the full walkthroughIf your run is failing because of one strange event, switch to the Anomalies hub. If you are deliberately farming result screens, use All Endings and change only one condition per attempt.
The normal nightly loop
Community walkthroughs consistently show the same practical responsibilities. Feed Whiskers from the kitchen cupboard, clean the used litter box in the laundry area, and complete laser play when those objectives are active. Go outside for the mail, return, close the front door, and use the lock interaction when available. Prepare and eat your own dinner, then leave the refrigerator, cooking appliance, and television in a safe state before bed.
The order can shift. Do not read the list as a rigid speedrun sequence. Follow the current objective when it asks for a particular task, and use the list as a final audit. A task is complete when its prompt, progress bar, mini-game counter, or objective state confirms it—not merely when you touched the object once.
Learn the normal house before hunting anomalies
Spend the first quiet moments learning stable landmarks: food storage and bowl, litter room, laser pointer area, microwave or meal station, front door and lock, mailbox, windows and curtains, bathroom fixtures, bedroom, and the route to a back room. You do not need to memorize every decoration. You need enough of a baseline to recognize a moved object, an impossible face, missing outdoor detail, unexpected door, figure in a doorway, or warning on the screen.
Use the phone when the game prompts you to document something unusual. Community walkthroughs show photo-based responses for the Tall Man and misplaced objects, but not every anomaly is solved with a picture. Some require curtains, a flush, a light, the television, waiting indoors, staring at Whiskers, or hiding. Identify the cue before choosing the action.
Use bedtime as a hard checkpoint
The bed advances the run and converts unfinished states into endings. Before interacting with it, walk one short circuit: cat care, litter, laser, mail, dinner, door, refrigerator, oven or stove, television, windows, bathroom, hallway, and current objective. If the house is still behaving strangely, do not assume sleep will clear it.
Several reported endings are linked to exactly these states. Leaving the refrigerator open is associated with Cold as Ice; sleeping with the television on is associated with Screen Time; skipping dinner is associated with Starved. Badge names are official, while those detailed triggers are community corroborated rather than public Roblox descriptions.
For a clean run, do not experiment with repeated petting, spinning Whiskers rapidly with the laser, opening warned doors, or walking outside under an unusual sky. Save one-off interactions for a separate ending attempt.
When an anomaly interrupts a chore
Pause the checklist and read the cue. A full-screen HIDE warning is urgent in a different way from a face at the window. A giant cat outside is not handled like the Tall Man in a doorway. Finish the response, wait for the visual or message state to settle, then return to the chore list from the last confirmed completion.
Avoid doing three speculative actions at once. Closing every curtain, turning every light off, and taking random photos may accidentally change the event or make it impossible to know what worked. The All Anomalies index groups events by response so you can make a deliberate choice.
Recover from a failed night
Read the result name before restarting. Check whether Roblox awarded a badge, then connect that result to the final house state you actually observed. If two or more chores were incomplete, the result cannot cleanly prove which omission mattered. On the next run, keep every ordinary task correct and change just one behavior.
For a surprise failure during a good run, ask four questions: Was Whiskers fed and played with? Did the litter mini-game finish? Was the entrance secured and dinner eaten? Was any appliance, curtain, creature, or warning still active? That diagnosis is faster than replaying with an entirely different order.
If a prompt appears stuck, step away and re-approach the object, confirm you are holding the expected item, and check whether another active objective must finish first. Rejoin a fresh server only after simple interaction recovery fails; a restart erases the evidence of the current room state.
Desktop, mobile, and group play cautions
Recorded desktop footage shows keyboard prompts such as P for the phone and interaction prompts such as E, but your current Roblox device may show touch or controller controls. Follow the symbol on your screen instead of memorizing a key from a video.
Roblox reports a maximum server size of 16 for the experience. That does not prove the seven-day house itself is cooperative, that chores are shared, or that another player can save your run. Treat ownership of objectives and progression as something to confirm in the current session.
A practical learning order
First, complete a normal routine without deliberately triggering a badge. Second, learn the common response groups in the anomaly index. Third, aim for the full-week Cannon Good Ending route. Only after that should you farm omission and secret results, because a clean baseline makes each altered choice understandable.
Keep a short note if the current update differs: cue seen, room, action taken, confirmation signal, ending or badge. That record is useful when community pages disagree, especially for HIDE, Lights Out, Voided, Misplaced, and door-related endings.
Guide FAQ
Do the same anomalies appear on the same day every run?
No fixed public schedule is established. Use the active cue and current objective instead of waiting for a named event on a particular day.
What should I always finish before bed?
Complete available cat care, litter, laser play, mail, dinner, entrance security, appliance checks, and any active anomaly response. Confirm completion through the current interface.
Is the good ending spelled Canon or Cannon?
Roblox spells the official badge Cannon Good Ending. Some guides shorten or misspell it; use the badge spelling when checking your collection.
Where do these instructions come from?
The daily route is consistent across current walkthroughs from Gamezebo, Pro Game Guides, and Bloxodes, checked October 24, 2026. Exact live prompts still take priority.
